Finding Your Smile Retreat Terms & Conditions
1. £150 deposit is required to secure your place. We cannot "hold" a provisional booking for longer than 10 days.
2. Amendments or substitutions - ie. name changes - can be made at any time prior to departure at no charge. However, if you need to cancel or cut short the FYS retreat for whatever reason a cancellation charge will apply. See note 4 below.
3. We cannot accept liability for:
- Cancellations, delays or changes caused by war, threat of war, closure of airports, civil strife, industrial action or natural disaster or other events beyond our control.
- Guests medical conditions which may develop during or subsequent to the retreat.
- Any injuries you may incur. All activities on the Retreat are taken at your own risk.
- Loss of, or damage to, personal property of participants.
4. Cancellations. Cancellation can be made via email colin@findingyoursmile.co.uk or by phone 07973 186712
You may cancel your booking at any time providing that the cancellation is made by the person submitting the booking form and is notified to us via email or phone. Cancellation will take effect the day such notification is received by us. Depending on the time of the cancellation costs may be incurred. If a cancellation is made within:
- 3 weeks prior to the retreat I will retain 100% of your deposit. However, if another person can be found to take your place, we may offer you a 50% refund at our discretion.
- 4 weeks prior to the retreat we will retain 50% of your deposit
- 6 weeks prior to the retreat we will retain 30% of your deposit
- In the most unlikely event that we have to cancel the Time Out retreat your deposit, but not your flights (see note 6 below), will be refunded in full.
5. If you have any major physical, medical or emotional illness or are under medical supervision you must notify us of the details at the time of booking & by giving details on the booking form. Where appropriate I may request a doctor's certificate of fitness to travel. Persons attending the retreat do so entirely at their own risk.
6. YOU MUST HAVE FULL TRAVEL INSURANCE. In order to participate in the Retreat, all guests must have comprehensive travel, cancellation & medical insurance in place prior to travel.
